QUINCY — Encore by Atlas Fare will celebrate its first three months at Crescent Bar with an official ribbon cutting Oct. 1.
The free community event will run from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the restaurant inside Crescent Ridge Resort, 23565 Grand Cru Drive NW. The ribbon cutting is scheduled for 5 p.m.
Complimentary starters and refreshments will be served, and guests will have an opportunity to explore the property and meet the Encore team. The event is being held in partnership with the Quincy Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Encore opened in July as the third restaurant concept from Executive Chef Top Rojanasthien and Jenny Rojanasthien, who also own Atlas Fare and Top Thai in Wenatchee. Their sister, Kendehl Rojanasthien, is also a partner in the new restaurant.
Atlas Fare opened in downtown Wenatchee in 2020 and earlier this year became the city’s only restaurant to hold a AAA Three Diamond designation.
“After our first few months, we’re incredibly grateful for how warmly Encore has been welcomed,” Jenny Rojanasthien said. “This ribbon cutting is a chance for us to celebrate that support and invite the community to come see what we’ve been building.”
Encore was developed as a more approachable, family-friendly complement to Atlas Fare, serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The restaurant includes indoor and outdoor dining, a full-service bar and an outdoor event space.
Its lawn and stage are designed to accommodate live entertainment, community gatherings, weddings and corporate retreats, part of the owners’ effort to establish the property as a year-round dining and gathering destination for Crescent Bar and the surrounding Columbia Basin.
“We’re still at the beginning,” Rojanasthien said. “There is so much potential here—not only as a restaurant, but as a place for people to gather, celebrate and experience Crescent Bar throughout the year. We’re excited about what’s ahead.”
The event is free and open to the public. Reservations are not required, but RSVPs are appreciated and can be submitted at encorebyatlasfare.com.
