Two CPAs become members of Wenatchee's Cordell, Neher & Company

WENATCHEE — Jennifer Faulconer and Nathan Cacka, both certified public accountants who joined Cordell, Neher & Company in 2013, become members of the Wenatchee accounting and financial advisory firm Oct. 1, while longtime member Timothy Dilley steps into an advisory role.

Faulconer and Cacka, wealth advisors who were senior managers at the firm, move into its ownership-level leadership group. Dilley, a CPA with more than 30 years of experience, becomes member of counsel. The firm described the change as the start of a multi-year leadership transition, not a departure, and said Dilley will keep working with his clients and mentoring the firm's incoming leaders.

"This role lets me keep doing the part of the job I've always loved most, which is working directly with clients I've come to know well while helping make room for the next chapter of this firm's leadership," Dilley said. "I'm not going anywhere for a while yet."

Faulconer advises business owners, individuals and nonprofit organizations on taxes, retirement savings and financial reporting and compliance. Cacka combines tax preparation and planning, financial planning and financial statement preparation for his clients. Both hold SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, along with Washington state life, disability and variable annuity insurance licenses.

"Jennifer and Nathan have spent years earning the trust of our clients and this team, and becoming Members is simply the next step in work they were already doing every day," said Steven Neher, the firm's managing member.

Cordell, Neher & Company, at 175 E. Penny Road, Suite 1, in Wenatchee, provides tax, audit, accounting and financial planning services and has been in the Wenatchee area for nearly 40 years. More information is at www.cnccpa.com.
