East Wenatchee intersection to close for utility, road work

EAST WENATCHEE — The intersection of North Baker Avenue and 15th Street Northeast will close for two days next week for utility and road work.

The closure is scheduled from 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 24, through 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, according to the city of East Wenatchee.

Crews will complete water main and sewer improvements along with road restoration, paving and striping.

Local access will remain available during the closure. Drivers should expect delays and follow posted detour signs around the work zone.
