Cashmere 4-H members earn honors at NCW District Fair

WATERVILLE — Cashmere 4-H members earned grand champion and reserve champion honors in several competitions at the 2026 NCW District Fair.

Clara Dennett led the local results with championships in multiple categories. Dennett was named intermediate grand champion in the NCW Fair Style Show and also earned the intermediate grand championship in clothing fabric and needle arts.

Dennett added an intermediate reserve championship in photography.

Connor Dennett also earned several honors. He was named junior grand champion in clothing fabric and needle arts and junior reserve champion in photography.

Cashmere competitors were among 4-H participants from communities across North Central Washington who competed in the district fair's agricultural, livestock, creative arts and other events.
