Wenatchee Downtown Association to host holiday wine walk

WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee Downtown Association will host its annual Holiday Open House & Wine Walk on Saturday, November 16, in the city's downtown district.

The event, sponsored by Firehouse Pet Shop and Visit Wenatchee, will run from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Participants can sample wines from regional wineries while visiting local businesses along Wenatchee Avenue.

Organizers have set ticket prices at $40 for individual admission and $70 for couples. Each ticket includes 12 tasting tokens and a commemorative wine glass. Participating downtown businesses will serve as tasting locations, each featuring selections from regional wineries.

The Wenatchee Downtown Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, operates as part of the Washington Main Street Program and Main Street America. The organization works in conjunction with the Washington State Department of Archeology and Historic Preservation in the downtown district.
