Waterville Rollers annual Car Show teams up with Farm and Craft Market at Pioneer Park July 12

Posted

WATERVILLE — It’s that time of year again, when the Waterville Main Street Association hosts the first of their farm and craft markets of the season in historic downtown Waterville. This year’s events include the Waterville Rollers Car Show, a pancake breakfast with the Douglas County Fire District 1 Volunteers, live music, local produce from Estes Fruit Stand and Flowers, and a Kids’ Zone, where the little ones can keep themselves entertained all day long.

You can bring lawn chairs and sit in the shade of Pioneer Park’s oak and evergreen trees as you enjoy the fun. The car show awards ceremony begins at 3 p.m., with handmade trophies for the best cars in 14 different categories.

The farm and craft market will feature more than 30 vendors displaying their handmade goods in the park, and vendor spots are still available for both artisans and for nonprofits wanting to display program information booths.

The July 12 affair is just the first of three farm and craft markets in Waterville in 2025, with another coming up on August 9 and still another on September 13.

You can find the vendors’ application at the Historic Waterville website, or you may contact Katie Oberweiser, Market Manager, at 509-881-1077 or katieannobe@gmail.com for more information.
