Student artist featured on library’s art wall

Posted

MANSON - A 15-year-old artist is the featured artist at the Manson Community Library, transforming the facility's Art Wall into a showcase of work that spans nearly a decade of artistic development.

Milla Salazar, founder of the family-owned Milla's Art Collection, began her artistic journey at age 6. Her current exhibition features pieces that demonstrate her exploration of various artistic mediums and techniques, with themes heavily influenced by the region's natural landscapes.

The teenage entrepreneur has developed a distinctive style that reflects her connection to the local environment, with each piece designed to capture the essence of the surrounding landscapes. Her work represents a growing portfolio that began in early childhood and has evolved into a formal business venture.

The Art Wall exhibition marks a milestone in her development as a young artist. The display aims to engage community members and demonstrate the potential for artistic expression at any age.

The exhibition is accessible to the public during regular library hours: Tuesdays 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m., Wednesdays 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. The Manson Community Library welcomes visitors to view the installation during these operating hours.
