WENATCHEE — Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort will launch its night skiing season earlier than usual, offering evening operations on December 20 and 21, resort officials announced Monday.
The expanded hours will run from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on both nights, marking an early start to the 2024-25 winter season's night skiing program at the resort.
The resort features a 2,250-foot vertical drop for night skiing, making it the second-longest vertical night skiing operation in North America. During evening sessions, the resort will operate six lifts: Chair 1, Chair 2 running until 8:30 p.m., Chair 4, the Ottobahn Carpet, Pika Peak Rope Tow, and 100LAPS Rope Tow.
Regular night skiing operations will commence December 26, continuing Wednesday through Saturday nights until the end of February. The resort has also scheduled special night skiing sessions for December 30-31, January 19, and February 16.
Mission Ridge's night skiing program accommodates various pass types, including Premier Passes, Core Value Passes, and Twilight Passes. Midweek Pass holders can access the slopes on December 20.
