Mountain Meadows earns national customer experience award

LEAVENWORTH — Mountain Meadows, a senior living facility in Leavenworth, has been awarded the 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights for excellence in senior care services across fourteen categories.

The award recognizes facilities ranking in the top 15% of care providers nationwide over a 12-month evaluation period. The assessment included metrics for quality of food, cleanliness, and communication with residents and families.

The facility earned the recognition through a comprehensive evaluation process conducted throughout 2024, which included monthly telephone interviews with residents and their families. These interviews incorporated both structured ratings and open-ended questions across various service categories.
