MANSON — Members of the Manson Chamber of Commerce, the Manson Community Council and the Historic Manson Main Street Association gathered Jan. 5 to welcome Chelan Hot Tubs and Pools to the community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The event marked the company’s expansion into Manson with a new satellite storefront. Owners Carlos Arizaga and his wife, Valeria Silva, were joined by Arizaga’s brothers, Antonio and Luis Saucedo, highlighting the family-run nature of the business.
Mary Lynn Thompson, who began her role as executive director of the Manson Chamber of Commerce on Jan. 1, said the addition reflects continued growth in the downtown area.
“It’s wonderful to welcome another growing business into a Manson storefront,” Thompson said. “This family-owned company offers more than hot tubs and spas, they deliver essential services our community relies on, including cement repair, construction and design, and ongoing pool and hot tub care. Their growth reflects a strong commitment to consistent, high-quality customer service, something the Manson community values, supports, and proudly celebrates.”
Mike Kirk, chairman of the Manson Community Council and a board member of the Manson Chamber of Commerce, said the business is a good fit for downtown.
“They are a great addition to the downtown businesses, and I think they will do well at that location,” Kirk said.
Kim Ustanik, president of the Historic Manson Main Street Association, also welcomed the business.
“We wish you great success in your new expansion here in Manson, and welcome you with open arms to our Manson family!” Ustanik said.
Arizaga said the company’s focus goes beyond sales.
“At Chelan Hot Tubs and Pools, we’re more than pool specialists, we’re passionate about spas, hot tubs, and the joy they bring to families and individuals,” he said. “As a family-owned business, we take pride in delivering trusted expertise in every aspect of aquatic relaxation.”
The owners bring experience in construction, service work and team management. While this is their first time owning a pool business, the family has spent years working hands-on in the pool and spa industry.
“Excellence is at the heart of everything we do,” Arizaga said. “Our dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail reflects the high standards we uphold every day. Integrity, honesty, and transparency form the foundation of our business and every customer relationship.
“Over the years, we’ve become a trusted provider of hot tub, pool, and spa solutions for homeowners throughout Chelan, Manson, Orondo, and the South Shore—helping our community relax, recharge, and enjoy the water in every season,” he said.
Chelan Hot Tubs and Pools has operated from a warehouse at 56 Chelan Falls Road in Chelan since December. While not a retail storefront, the location serves as the company’s service shop and operations base for field technicians. Prior to the move, the business spent four years at its original shop next to Zippy’s Disposal.
The Manson location, which officially opened in October, supports retail sales and walk-in customers.
In addition to offering new pools and spas, the company provides pool and hot tub restorations, spa remodeling, water-system upgrades, and water-care and chemistry services. The business also offers free water testing and technical guidance for do-it-yourself customers, sells parts and equipment, and serves as an authorized service center for Pentair, Jacuzzi and Sundance. Chelan Hot Tubs and Pools is also a Strong Spas dealer and service center.
Chelan Hot Tubs and Pools is located at 67 Wapato Way in Manson and can be reached at 509-888-3555.
