It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Kenneth A. Morrison (Ken or Kenny) who passed away on March 21, 2025 at the age of 75.
A devoted husband to Vicki, and a loving father to his three children, three stepchildren, and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, he leaves behind a legacy of service to his community, strength, kindness and unwavering support of his family.
Born in December of 1949 to Leonard and Vera Morrison of Manson, he was youngest of eight children. He spent his childhood in the Chelan and Manson area before going to work at Safeway and then moving to Omak. He worked at Safeway and Walmart for the better part of 50 years where he met countless friends who he loved to spend time with, sharing stories and laughter. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed camping on any occasion he could be in the outdoors. The only thing he loved more than being in wild places with nature, was spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Vicki, his three children, three stepchildren, seventeen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, his sister Karen, and his brother Eugene. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant siblings, and his older brothers Robert, Willard, and Elwyn.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Omak High School Gymnasium on June 7, 2025 at 1 p.m.
Rest in peace, dad. We love and miss you, and will forever cherish your laughter, your wisdom, and the love you left with us all.
