Chelan PUD to conduct customer satisfaction survey

WENATCHEE - Chelan PUD will be conducting a customer satisfaction survey starting the week of May 13. The survey, conducted every two years, will be administered by Strategic Research, a Spokane-based research firm. Customers will be contacted via phone, text, and email, with the survey expected to be completed by early June.

The survey aims to assess the PUD's performance and ensure that it is meeting the needs and interests of its customers. It will measure overall customer satisfaction, satisfaction with PUD reliability, communication effectiveness, and how well the PUD is fulfilling its mission in the community.

The survey will be conducted in both English and Spanish and will be a representative sample that matches the demographics of Chelan County.

“Our customer survey is an important way to assess performance and ensure that we’re meeting the needs and interests of our customers,” said Chief Strategy and Stakeholder Officer Justin Erickson. “We want to deliver the highest value to customers and maintain a high level of trust with our community.”
