Chelan City Council NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council of the City of Chelan, Washington will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 135 East Johnson Avenue in Chelan, Washington to take public testimony for the City-initiated Text Amendments to the Chelan Municipal Code: TA2024-02: Pertaining to Zoning Agricultural Tourism provisions, specifically Ch 17.46 Zone SUD - Special Use District, Ch 17.47 Agricultural Tourism, Ch 17.56 Conditional Uses, and Ch17.77 Short-Term Rentals. All members of the public are encouraged to participate and are welcome to submit written comments to mlibbey@cityofchelan.us before the public hearing, or alternatively, provide testimony during the scheduled hearing. Your engagement is highly valued as it contributes to the comprehensive decision-making process. A copy of proposed text amendments and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost by contacting Monica Libbey, mlibbey@cityofchelan.us, 509-682-8037, or at the Community Development Department at 135 E.
